Pray-as-you-go describes itself as “daily prayer for your mp3 player” — each weekday a new prayer session is available for download to use as a framework for ten minutes or so of prayer.

It combines music, scripture and some questions for reflection to help you to
become more aware of God’s presence in your life
listen to and reflect on God’s word
grow in your relationship with God.
